Station Sint-Niklaas is een spoorwegstation in de stad Sint-Niklaas. Het is het knooppunt van twee spoorlijnen, spoorlijn 54 naar Mechelen, en spoorlijn 59 naar Antwerpen en Gent. Vroeger was het station tevens het eindpunt van spoorlijn 56 naar Grembergen. Deze lijn is opengebroken.Met ruim 8.409 reizigers op een weekdag, staat het station in 2019 op de 21e plaats van drukste spoorwegstations van België.
