De Strombach is een 8,3 km lange, orografisch rechter zijrivier van de Agger in Gummersbach, Noordrijn-Westfalen.
De bron van de Strombach ligt aan de noordelijke rand van het dorp Gummeroth op een hoogte van 354 m boven zeeniveau. Van hier slingert de beek zich in voornamelijk zuidelijke richting door de dorpen Gummeroth, Strombach, Hardt-Hanfgarten en Liefenroth om bij Vollmerhausen op 168 m boven zeeniveau in de Agger te stromen.
