Het Jura-Museum Eichstätt is een natuurhistorisch museum dat op de Willibaldsburg boven het Altmühltal ligt en deel uitmaakt van de Staatsnatuurwetenschappelijke verzamelingen van Beieren. De drager van het museum is de stichting van de Katholieke Universiteit Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Het museum geniet bijzondere bekendheid vanwege de tentoongestelde fossielenverzameling, waaronder ook een exemplaar van de Archaeopteryx.
Het museum werd in 1976 geopend. Een van de oprichters van het museum was de Eichstätter professor Franz Xaver Mayr, die in 1974 overleed en de opening niet meer meemaakte. Ooit waren de fossielen opgezet als leervoorziening voor de opleiding van theologen. Onder leiding van Günter Viohl bereikte het museum jaarlijkse bezoekersaantallen van meer dan 120.000 bezoekers. Van 2003 tot 2019 leidde Martina Kölbl-Ebert het museum.
