De weverij Aachen AG was een van de grotere textielbedrijven in Aachen. Het werd in 1859 opgericht door de ondernemers Alfred Ritz en Conrad Vogel in Aachen, aanvankelijk onder de naam "Ritz & Vogel" en in 1873 overgebracht naar een nieuw gebouwde fabriek volgens plannen van Otto Intze aan de Charlottenstraße aan de oever van de Beverbach in de Frankenberger wijk, die op dat moment nog tot het buurdorp Burtscheid behoorde. In 1887 werd het complex overgenomen door de fabrikanten Siegmund Sternau en Albert Süskind, die hun in de jaren 1870 opgerichte weverij "Süskind & Sternau" inbrachten en het nieuwe totale bedrijf in 1897 omvormden tot "Tuchfabrik Aachen AG".
