Puente del Mar (letterlijk "Zee Brug") was eeuwenlang de natuurlijke route over de nu afgeleide rivier naar de haven. De originele brug werd verwoest door overstromingen, en deze werd gebouwd ter vervanging in 1591. Eeuwen later, specifiek in 1933, werd het voetgangersgebied en werden er elegante trappen aan toegevoegd, zoals ontworpen door Javier Goerlich. Puente del Mar bestaat uit 10 bogen van elk 15 en een halve meter. Je zult ook beelden van de Virgen de los Desamparados, de beschermheilige van Valencia, en San Pascual langs de brug vinden.
