La Catedral de Notre-Dame-du-Puy de Grasse va ser construïda originalment per monjos de Cluny al voltant de 1150 en estil romànic amb afegits gòtics i barrocs.
Des del 1244 és la seu dels bisbes de Grasse.
La catedral té una estructura romànica amb gruixuts murs, petites finestres i arcs gòtics afegits posteriorment. L'església compta amb un campanar exempt , típicament provençal.
A l'interior , és més auster que moltes catedrals : més íntim que imponent.
Altres llocs d'interès inclouen un quadre de Fragonard (possiblement de Jean-Honoré Fragonard , el famós pintor nascut a Grasse), un gran altar barroc del segle XVII i l' orgue de 1855, construït pel famós organer Aristide Cavaillé-Coll.
