Eltenberg, også kaldet Elterberg eller Eltenerberg, er en bakke ved den tyske grænseby Elten. Elten kommer fra altum, som betyder høj.
'Bergen' har en højde på 82,4 meter. Fra Holland kan denne bakke nås via en 'grøn grænseovergang' mellem Stokkum og Elten. Denne grænseovergang er en landvej, der fører over Bundesautobahn 3 og er lukket for biler. Mellem 1949 og 1963 var Eltenberg en del af Holland. Geografisk set er det stadig en del af det bakkede skovområde Montferland.
