Dreisbach er den mindste bydel i kommunen Mettlach i Landkreis Merzig-Wadern. Indtil slutningen af 1973 var Dreisbach en selvstændig kommune. I Dreisbach er der et populært vandrerhjem.
Dreisbach ligger direkte ved Saarschleifen. Stedet er opkaldt efter den bæk, der munder ud i Saar der. Den øvre del af bækken bærer navnet Salzbach. Navnet på den nedre del stammer fra gotisk Drinsan, som betyder at falde eller styrte ned.
