Lierop er en landsby i den hollandske kommune Someren i provinsen Nord-Brabant. Landsbyen ligger i den nordlige del af kommunen og havde i 2021 over 2.240 indbyggere. Lierop var indtil 1935 en selvstændig kommune. Lierop blev i 1155 skrevet som Lirdob og Lindor. I andre gamle dokumenter blev Lierop ofte kaldt Leyendorp. Dette betyder 'landsby ved Lije', og 'Lije' betyder: 'vandløb'. På kort fra det 17. og 18. århundrede blev også navnet 'Liedorp' brugt.
