Ehemalige Königliche Villa. Das ursprüngliche Königliche Chalet wurde infolge der schweren schäden, die es im 2. Weltkrieg erlitten hat, im Jahre 1953 abgebrochen. Ab 1957 wohnte die königliche Familie in dieser Villa. Im Jahre 1973 wurden im Gebäude ein Hotel und ein restaurant untergebracht. Seit Mai 2004 sind diese Tätigkeiten eingestellt. Jetzt ist das ein Onkologisches Rehabilitationszentrum.
