Fort Knokke fue un fortín en la provincia belga de West Flandes. Estaba situado en la desembocadura del Ieperlee en el IJzer, al norte de Reninge y Merkem, cerca de la frontera con Nieuwkapelle.
Cuando a finales del siglo XVI, las ciudades flamencas de Veurne e Ieper cayeron en manos españolas tras la conquista de Alexander Farnese, se construyeron varias fortificaciones a lo largo del IJzer y el Ieperlee como defensa contra los saqueos de los reformistas de la ciudad de Ostende. Al norte de la confluencia del Ieperlee y el IJzer se levantó un pequeño fortín. Cuando Ostende fue conquistada en 1604, estas fortificaciones perdieron su función. A mediados del siglo XVII, durante las guerras hispano-francesas, los españoles construyeron un nuevo fuerte al sur de la confluencia.
