Il Municipio (tedesco: Rathaus) è un edificio storico a Colonia, nella Germania occidentale, situato vicino a Hohe Straße nel quartiere di Innenstadt, tra le due piazze di Rathausplatz e Alter Markt. Ospita parte del governo cittadino, incluso il consiglio comunale e gli uffici del Sindaco. È il municipio più antico di Germania con una storia documentata che si estende per circa 900 anni. La storia del suo consiglio durante l'11° secolo è un esempio prominente di autonomia municipale conquistata autonomamente dalle città medievali.
