Aquesta casa figura al plànol de la ciutat de 1708 com el " Palau del Príncep " i el 1750 com la " Casa de la Moneda" .
És una de les cases més antigues de la ciutat. Actualment es coneix principalment com a " Maison Ozeray ". Aquesta important família va viure en aquesta casa des del segle XIX. Durant generacions van ser coneguts políticament i literàriament. Michel-Jean-François Ozeray hi va escriure la primera síntesi de la història del ducat de Bouillon el 1827. Aquí també va néixer l'actriu d'escena Madeleine Ozeray (1908-1989), coneguda com a consellera de Louis Jouvet, que va ser l'intèrpret d'Ondine van Giraudoux abans de la guerra. Aquesta casa, envoltada d'un bonic parc, està catalogada des de l'any 1974.
