Østkantsområderne, nogle gange også Øst-Belgien eller Eupen-Malmedy, er kantonerne Eupen (inklusive Kelmis = Neutralt Moresnet), Malmedy og Sankt Vith, som ligger i den østlige del af den belgiske provincie Liège og grænser op til Tyskland, som de blev overtaget af den belgiske stat efter Første Verdenskrig som følge af Versailles-traktaten. De udgør en sproglig og kulturel overgangszone mellem Belgien og Tyskland og har siden 1815 været under stærkt varierende styre.
