Berleur liegt nördlich der Gemeinde Anthisnes zwischen den Dörfern Limont und Rotheux. Es befindet sich auf einem Höhenzug des Condroz in einer Höhe von etwa 200 m und dominiert die Täler des Baches Vaux im Norden und der Magrée im Süden. In Wirklichkeit besteht Berleur aus zwei kleinen Einheiten: Grand-Berleur im Westen und Petit-Berleur im Osten. Heute wurden zwischen diesen beiden ursprünglichen Teilen des Dorfes neue Gebäude errichtet. Die ältesten Häuser und Bauernhöfe wurden im Allgemeinen aus Kalkstein gebaut.
