Das Amtsgericht Rees war ein bis zum 30. Juni 1975 in der Stadt Rees im niederrheinischen Kreis Kleve beheimatetes Amtsgericht, das dem Landgericht Duisburg unterstellt war. Sein Bezirk gehört seitdem vollständig zum Amtsgericht Emmerich, das dem Landgericht Kleve unterstellt ist. Die Räume des ehemaligen Gerichts, Sahlerstrasse 2, werden heute als Standesamt genutzt.
