El edificio religioso más importante del municipio es la iglesia parroquial de San Nicolás en el centro del pueblo. Fue construida en una pequeña elevación según los planes del conocido arquitecto L. Mefferdatis de Aquisgrán. El edificio barroco fue levantado entre 1720 y 1723 por los habitantes del pueblo. Hoy en día, la iglesia parroquial de Raeren sigue siendo una de las más bellas del país de Eupen. Además de un hermoso altar mayor y muchos tallados en madera de Leonard Mennicken en los confesionarios y bancos, también se puede ver una espléndida vía crucis, que fue pintada en la década de 1970 por el famoso artista André Blank de Raeren.
También se alaba el nuevo órgano Weimbs, en el que organistas de renombre internacional vienen a tocar durante los conciertos que se organizan aquí regularmente.
