Encantadora casa para 6 personas a orillas del Dordoña, justo en el agua, con vistas idílicas y acceso privado al Dordoña. Está situada entre los embalses de Chastang y Sablier, lo que convierte a la Dordoña en una gran masa de agua. El acceso a la casa se realiza a través de un pequeño sendero arbolado. Tranquilidad garantizada. Sin vecinos directos. 4.000 m² de terreno bordeado por el río. Un pontón con escalera está disponible para refrescarse en la Dordoña, así como 2 kayaks. Un paraíso para los pescadores. También hay cañas de pescar disponibles.
Fuera de la temporada alta y las vacaciones escolares, alquileres de fin de semana están disponibles.
