Le château de Linzenich, aujourd’hui également connu sous le nom de Gut Linzenich, est situé à Bourheim, un quartier de Jülich dans l’arrondissement de Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie de Düren. Ses racines se trouvent dans un manoir fortifié, qui avait déjà le statut de parlement au 15ème siècle. Les propriétaires de la famille von Harff ont agrandi la ferme pour en faire un petit château entouré de douves, qui a connu de nombreux propriétaires différents grâce au mariage des héritières et à la vente, avant qu’il ne soit acheté aux enchères par la famille von Mylius en 1836 – entre-temps transformé en château. C’est toujours le propriétaire aujourd’hui.
