Krijtlandpad, 7 settembre 2019
Oggi l'ultima tappa da Vijlen a Valkenburg. Dopo una robusta colazione presso l'Hotel Ristorante Vijlerhof partiamo. Oggi un percorso con molto terreno aperto, che offre spettacolari viste sulla campagna circostante.
Circa a metà del percorso saliamo sulla Gulperberg. Qui ci sono molte panchine, un bel momento per una pausa, nel villaggio di Gulpen ci sono anche molte opzioni di ristorazione.
L'ultimo tratto attraversa un paesaggio collinare morbido e aperto con campi di patate, barbabietole o mais a destra e a sinistra del sentiero. A Valkenburg facciamo un breve giro turistico vicino alle Wilhelminatoren, alla rovina del castello e attraverso la Grendelpoort un giro per le stradine dello shopping. Da lì ci dirigiamo verso l'auto (o alla stazione NS di Valkenburg)
