Questa fontana si trova al centro di Praça da República.

Si tratta di una tipica fontana portoghese , costruita in granito nel XVIII secolo . Ha una base con tre gradini e una vasca esagonale in cui cade l'acqua. Al centro di questa c'è una specie di colonna, con due stufe a diverse altezze, dove si trovano le tubature dell'acqua.
