La chiesa Hedwig-Eleonora è un edificio ecclesiastico nel quartiere Östermalm di Stoccolma. La costruzione è stata consacrata il 21 agosto 1737 ed è dedicata alla consorte di Carlo X Gustavo, la regina Hedwig Eleonora di Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf.
La parrocchia locale aveva una chiesa sulla penisola di Blasieholmen sin dal 1615, dove oggi si trova il Museo Nazionale, ma durante il periodo in cui Carlo XI era sotto tutela, nel 1664 fu deciso un nuovo edificio per la chiesa. L'architetto cittadino Jean de la Vallée realizzò i progetti per un edificio ottagonale, che furono successivamente riprodotti nella raccolta di Erik Dahlberg, Suecia antiqua et hodierna.
