De Jungfernstieg in Hamburg is een straat aan de zuidelijke oever van de Binnenalster in het centrum van Hamburg. Hij loopt van de Reesendammbrug naar de Gänsemarkt.
Oorspronkelijk als Reesendamm om de Alster op te stuwen in 1235 onder graaf Adolf IV van Schauenburg en Holstein ontstaan, was het de locatie van de Obermühle. Een van de eikenhouten palen, waaruit de dam was gebouwd, is verwerkt tot een plastic kunstwerk van Richard Luksch, dat op het perron van de U1 kan worden bekeken en herinnert aan de slachtoffers van een waterinbraak tijdens de bouw van dit station in de jaren 1930. De Jungfernstieg was in 1838 Duitsland's eerste straat die geasfalteerd werd.
