De Voorburg is een kasteel in de stad Schlitz in de Vogelsbergkreis in Midden-Hessen en behoort tot de vijf Schlitzer kastelen: Dat zijn, naast de Voorburg, de Achterburg met Achtertoren en de Ottoburg, die samen met de Schachtenburg en het iets buiten gelegen kasteel Hallenburg, deel uitmaken van de middeleeuwse stadsomwalling.
Met het verdwenen kasteel Niederschlitz en de ruïne van de Seeburg bevinden zich maar liefst zeven kastelen in en rondom de stad Schlitz.
