De Kathedraal van de Heiligen Petrus en Paulus is de kathedrale kerk van het rooms-katholieke bisdom Killaloe. Het is gelegen in Ennis, County Clare, Ierland.
De locatie van de kathedraal werd in 1828 aan het bisdom geschonken voor de bouw van een parochiekerk voor Ennis. De bouwwerkzaamheden werden gestart en verliepen traag, en de onvoltooide kerk werd voor het eerst gebruikt voor het houden van de Mis in 1842. De kerk werd een jaar later gewijd aan de heiligen Petrus en Paulus.
