Lienz station er den vigtigste station i Osttirol. Den udgør et vigtigt stop på Drautalbahn. Stationen har eksisteret siden 1871 og blev genopbygget mellem 1947 og 1950 efter alvorlige skader i 1944/45.
Lienz station blev bygget i 1871 efter planer af Wilhelm von Flattich. Da Lienz station er den vigtigste station på forbindelsen mellem Villach og Franzensfeste, blev stationen i Lienz udført som klasse I stationsbygning.
