Banesportruten Dessau–Gohrau-Rehsen er en sidespor i Sachsen-Anhalt, der oprindeligt blev bygget og drevet af Dessau-Wörlitzer Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft. Den fører fra Dessau over Oranienbaum til Wörlitz, den videre rute til Gohrau-Rehsen er blevet nedlagt siden 1968. Dessauer Verkehrs- und Eisenbahngesellschaft er i dag både ejer af infrastrukturen og operatør af persontransporten på ruten.
De bevarede anlæg på banestrækningen er samlet set beskyttet som kulturarv, desuden er flere stationsbygninger på strækningen beskyttet som enkeltmonumenter.
