Vinen fra Cotlliure er en tør vin med oprindelsesbetegnelse mærket under betegnelsen AOC Collioure. Produktionsområdet svarer til oprindelsesbetegnelsen Banyuls, i det sydlige Roussillon, der omfatter kommunerne Banyuls de la Marenda, Cotlliure, Portvendres og Cervera de la Marenda. Oprindelsesbetegnelsen blev oprettet i 1971, adskilt fra betegnelsen Banyuls ved at producere det, der tidligere blev kaldt Banyuls Nature. 70% af produktionen er AOC Collioure Rouge, med et minimum på 70% af de vigtigste druesorter.
