Der Bahnhof Füssen ist der Bahnhof der Stadt Füssen. Er besitzt zwei Bahnsteiggleise und gehört der Bahnhofskategorie 6 der DB Station&Service an. Er wird täglich von ungefähr 20 Zügen der BRB bedient und von circa 2700 Reisenden frequentiert. Der Kopfbahnhof ist der Endpunkt der Bahnstrecke Biessenhofen–Füssen, auch König-Ludwig-Bahn genannt.
Neben dem Bahnhof Füssen gibt es im Stadtgebiet den ehemaligen Haltepunkt Hopfensee. Außerdem ist der Haltepunkt Ulrichsbrücke-Füssen an der Außerfernbahn nach der Stadt benannt, er liegt circa fünf Kilometer südwestlich auf österreichischem Staatsgebiet.
