La Sint-Annakerk d’Oud-Heverlee a une tour construite en blocs de sable et de grès de fer. L’église se trouve dans un cimetière fortifié. La plus remarquable est la tour du 11ème siècle avec toit de tente. Le van Peteghemorgel date de 1816 et est protégé depuis 1980. L’église, comme le presbytère du 18ème siècle dans la Dorpsstraat, est protégée depuis 1980.
