Il quartiere residenziale di Wuppertal Osterholz è uno dei nove quartieri del distretto di Vohwinkel. Il nome deriva dall'area forestale di Osterholz situata a ovest di Wuppertal.
Il quartiere residenziale, di 1,96 km², è scarsamente abitato e presenta solo a est, con l'insediamento lungo la strada Zur Waldkampfbahn, una costruzione continua di case unifamiliari e plurifamiliari. Nonostante il suo nome, il quartiere residenziale è anche caratterizzato da una presenza rurale. Solo una piccola parte dell'area forestale di Osterholz si trova nel quartiere residenziale, gran parte della quale è stata protetta come riserva naturale Krutscheid. Il corpo idrico più importante è il torrente Krudtscheider.
