La stazione di Holten è una delle due stazioni nel comune di Rijssen-Holten, situato nell'Overijssel. Si trova a Holten sulla linea ferroviaria Deventer - Almelo ed è stata inaugurata il 1 settembre 1888.

L'edificio della stazione è un tipo standard KNLS di 2a classe. La KNLS aveva tre tipi di stazioni standard, progettate da K.H. van Brederode. Gli edifici sono stati costruiti lungo le linee ferroviarie che la compagnia ha realizzato negli anni '80 del XIX secolo da Apeldoorn verso Zwolle, Dieren e Almelo. All'inizio del XX secolo, l'edificio ricevette un ulteriore piano intermedio e un magazzino merci.
