Het natuurpark Arnsberger Wald is een 599 km² groot natuurpark in de Hochsauerlandkreis en de Kreis Soest in het Regierungsbezirk Arnsberg, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Het natuurpark omvat voornamelijk de tot 581,5 m boven NHN hoge, grotendeels beboste middelgebergtes van het Nordsauerländer Oberland in de hoek tussen Ruhr en Möhne. Naast het Arnsberger Wald zijn dit het Warsteiner Heuvelgebied, het Plackwald en de links van de Möhne gelegen delen van Obermöhne- en Almewald. In 2020 werd het natuurpark bovendien uitgebreid met het grootste deel van het stadsgebied van Arnsberg.
