Schoinous of Schönus was een oude haven aan de Saronische Golf. Het lag ten zuiden van wat nu Kalamaki is, op een plek waar Dorische zuilen en andere architectonische fragmenten werden gevonden. Hier was het oostelijke uiteinde van de Diolkos, een geplaveide weg waarlangs kleine schepen over de landengte van Korinthe konden worden gesleept. Aan de westkant lag de stad Poseidonia. Op deze manier werd de reis aanzienlijk ingekort en de riskante omvaart van de Peloponnesos vermeden. Schoinous was ook de haven van het Poseidon-heiligdom van Isthmia. Pomponius Mela noemde de haven Schoenitas.
