Strandpaviljoen Panta Rhei is een begrip in Vlissingen. Het paviljoen is in 1970 opgericht en heette toen Costa del Nol. In 1983 verandert het paviljoen van eigenaar en wordt het De Nolle. In 1996 krijgt het de huidige naam Panta Rhei. In 2011 werd een geheel nieuw strandpaviljoen gebouwd met daarin twee horecagelegenheden. Op de begane grond is Panta Rhei en op de eerste verdieping was gevestigd het strandpaviljoen Boka Bizarro Beach. Sinds kort heeft echter Panta Rhei het bovenste paviljoen overgenomen en het heeft thans een andere naam.
Strandwachtenpost
Naast het strandpaviljoen is het pand van de reddingsbrigade Vlissingen. Strandwachtenpost De Nolle heeft een uitkijktoren en is de hoofdpost van de strandwachten in de gemeente Vlissingen.
Panta Rhei is bekend geworden door zijn live muziek. Iedere zondagmiddag is er om 17.00 uur een live optreden.
