Slottet Nieder-Modau er en forladt højbjergborg på Schlossberg nær Modau, en bydel i Ober-Ramstadt, i Landkreis Darmstadt-Dieburg i Hessen.
Den næsten kegleformede og nu igen skovklædte Schlossberg ligger omtrent 12 kilometer sydøst for byen Darmstadt i Sydhessen, i området ved den forreste Odenwald, nord for Nieder-Modau og syd for Ober-Ramstadt og er ca. 280 meter høj. I dag fører vandrestien O4 fra byen Ober-Ramstadt, Silberbergvejen, også over borgbjerget. Bjergene bliver fra sydvest mod nord omfavnet af Modau i en halvcirkel.
