Det er registreret som en bolig i Quedlinburgs mindesfortegnelse og ligger vest for den historiske Quedlinburg gamle by på vestsiden af Wallstraße i et hjørne nord for indkørslen til Marschlinger Hof.
Huset, der minder om en villa, blev bygget i 1903 af Robert Riefenstahl. Husets grundplan er trappet. Mod Marschlinger Hof er der på facaden en Jugendstil-repræsentation af et træ, der fremkommer af pudsflader. Bygningen har kvistbygninger og bindingsværksgavle. Døre og vinduer i huset stammer stadig fra byggetiden.
