Fra Kurparken stiger vi op ad Ettersklippen. Da vi når toppen, fortsætter vi til Molkenhaus og giver os selv en pause i en venlig atmosfære. Vi går videre ad Braunschweiger Weg indtil Eckertalsperre - et vidunder af teknik. Vi tager stien på den vestlige side af Eckertalsperre og følger Pionierweg, indtil vi når Eckerquerung. På den østlige side, i delstaten Sachsen-Anhalt, vandrer vi tilbage til dæmningen og derfra ad samme vej tilbage til Molkenhaus.
