Yecla er en by og kommune i det østlige Spanien, i den ekstreme nordlige del af det autonome område Murcia, beliggende 96 km fra regionens hovedstad, Murcia.
Oprindelsen af termen Yecla stammer fra det arabiske Yakka, som var navnet på en fæstning placeret på stedet, der nu kaldes Cerro del Castillo. Dette toponym stammer dog ikke fra arabisk og det er meget sandsynligt, at det er afledt fra de præ-romerske termer Iko eller Ika.
