Portrush jernbanestation er endestation på Coleraine-Portrush jernbanelinie og betjener kystbyen Portrush, County Antrim, Nordirland.
Stationen, som ligger 67¾ miles fra Belfast, blev åbnet den 4. december 1855. For at imødekomme udflugts- og ferietrafik blev der udført omfattende genopbygning af Belfast og Northern Counties Railway, under ledelse af dens ingeniør og arkitekt Berkeley Deane Wise, som blev færdiggjort i 1893. Tre perroner blev anlagt sammen med et togskur og en stationsbygning i en "halv-bindingsværk" Mock Tudor stil med et klokketårn, beskrevet af Currie som "sikkert en af de smukkeste jernbanebygninger i Irland"; den er nu besat af en detailenhed, med et lille nyere betonkassen billetkontor bagved, som fungerer som den nuværende stationsbygning. Godstransport til stationen blev lukket den 20. september 1954.
