Dieses Bürgerhaus ist seit 2002 ein geschütztes Denkmal. Es handelt sich um ein Cottage, das 1923 nach einem Entwurf des Architekten Oscar Dumon aus dem Jahr 1910 wiederaufgebaut wurde.
Es hat eine charmante Fassade, deren Sockel aus blauer Hartstein und die Verkleidung aus gelben Ziersteinen mit dunklen dekorativen Bändern besteht. Das Pseudofachwerk im 2. Stock und an der Giebelwand besteht aus Zementrelief. Das Dach des Erkers dient gleichzeitig als Boden eines kleinen Balkons, der wiederum mit einem Schieferdach überdacht ist.
Während das Bürgerhaus ursprünglich als Privathaus konzipiert wurde, wird es heute als Hotel genutzt.
