Die Kirche Saint-Aubin ist eine toulousainische Kirche, die im beliebten Viertel Saint-Aubin-Dupuy östlich des historischen Zentrums der Stadt liegt. Massiv und ohne Glockenturm wurde diese Kirche ab 1847 von dem Architekten Jean-Marie-Thérèse-Auguste Delort auf einem alten Friedhof in einem Stil erbaut, der gotische, romanische und byzantinische Kunst vereint. Es ist die größte religiöse Baustelle des 19. Jahrhunderts in Toulouse. Sie wurde 1853 eröffnet.
