So-called "'t Hof ter Donck". Art gallery, theater, and restaurant housed in the former Donck brewery, newly built in 1920 (see street introduction), reportedly active until the First World War, and dismantled in the 1950s. Located on a paved courtyard and surrounded by a newly created garden; original access: the carriage gate to the right of the former brewmaster's house. A beautiful example of industrial reconstruction architecture.
