En la esquina con la Kazernestraat, junto al borde de la calle, hay un huerto cerrado con un seto mixto. Originalmente, este seto de cierre estaba compuesto parcialmente de espino y parcialmente de tejo. El seto fue complementado con liga de seto y haya de seto, y también hay una mezcla natural de arce, fresno y acebo. Se trata de un seto de recorte que, con la excepción del fresno, se corta a la altura del recorte. Las ramas de fresno que han crecido demasiado se cosechan aquí, probablemente para leña, como: cañas para frijoles o mangos de pala.
