Se amasan a mano varios panes, cocidos en un horno de leña con harinas locales molidas a la piedra (baguettes normales, baguettes de semillas de girasol, baguettes de higos, baguettes de espelta, baguettes de maíz, etc.). También se ofrecen productos sin gluten, como pizzas y galletas.
