El astillero Bocxe es un astillero situado en el Schie, entre Róterdam y Delft, en la provincia neerlandesa de Holanda Meridional. Desde 1856 hasta la adquisición en 1988, era conocido como el astillero de H. Boot y Zonen. Desde esa adquisición, el astillero ha mantenido, ampliado o modificado muchos barcos. Además, desde ese momento, se han construido alrededor de 300 embarcaciones comerciales y de recreo. El astillero es una empresa de formación reconocida.
