Booitshoeke è un villaggio di polder nella provincia belga di West-Vlaanderen. Dal 1971 è una frazione della città di Veurne. Il villaggio agricolo, in via di spopolamento, contava nel 2018 solo 75 abitanti.
Booitshoeke era una parrocchia nel 1190, dopo aver fatto parte in precedenza di quella di Wulpen. Una vecchia menzione del nome del luogo risale al 1239, come 'Boidenkinshoucke'. Fino al 1566 apparteneva alla diocesi di Terwaan, poi alla diocesi di Ieper. Nel 1659 il villaggio fu saccheggiato dall'esercito spagnolo.
