Partendo dal Castello di Rumbeke, prima ci dirigiamo a nord attraverso le Fiandre orientali per poi tornare verso la costa belga attraverso il confine olandese. Da Nieuwpoort, il percorso continua lungo l'Ijzer verso Diksmuide e Ypres. L'ultima parte ci porta attraverso alcuni cimiteri di guerra fino al Castello di Ingelmunster.
