La Einhornhöhle è la più grande grotta accessibile nei Monti Harz Occidentali. Gli spazi si sono formati nella roccia dolomitica a seguito di una graduale erosione nel corso di molte migliaia di anni. La grotta ha una lunghezza di 610 m, per i visitatori è prevista una visita guidata di un tratto di circa 270 m. Lungo il percorso si entra in ampie sale, come vengono chiamate le stanze. La grotta è accessibile attraverso un tunnel costruito nel 1905.
