La chiesa di Saint-Aubin è una chiesa di Tolosa che si trova nel quartiere popolare di Saint-Aubin-Dupuy, a est del centro storico della città. Massiccia e senza campanile, questa chiesa fu costruita a partire dal 1847 dall'architetto Jean-Marie-Thérèse-Auguste Delort su un antico cimitero in uno stile che unisce arti gotica, romanica e bizantina. È il cantiere religioso più grande del XIX secolo a Tolosa. È aperta nel 1853.
